I agree.
Forcing circulars/written documents may be viable while dealing with
government bodies, but one needs to be very cautious when dealing with
private companies and associations.

Try solving the  problems like these by dialogue instead of forcing
any written document, getting violent etc.
It may denigrate your reputation and chances there.
