You probably have some malware remnant or the tool you used was never correctly uninstalled as you have said. You can try another tool (I recently used vipre) to see if that helps. Otherwise, write to stopzilla support forum or something. Also try reinstalling stopzilla and uninstalling it the right way instead of deleting it.
