This is not a qualification/professional allowance. you are entitle for the
said allowance only if you are working on computer. For this, you have to
prove yourself before the management.

Hello all,
An ex-trainee of ours who is now working as a clerk in Dena Bank needs
help.
She has been denied computer allowance which is adversely affecting her
salary. She has demonstrated to the bank officers that she can work on
computers but they say they don't have any circular or rule that allows
her to avail computer allowance. If anyone in AI has any such circular of
Dena Bank or RBI then please forward it to me.
