it is the problem of because
oracal is not fully supported on windows desktop system
try on windows server system it will run fine

hai did you installed oracal 8?
when I was using oracal 8 I also faced this error. please delete the
file strtdb80.exe from your PC. if you are a Lerner then I will
suggest you please use oracal11. its lerning addition is free of cost.
