RNIB would be the best.
I dont think any indian institutions produce good tip at the end.
I use RNIB's stick.

You are perhaps referring to white canes with rolling tips. Rolling tips
can
be ordered from the RNIB shop online, although you may want to try them
out
before buying them. Some rolling tips do not fit certain type of canes,
and
certain kind of rolling tips are more comfortable to use than others.
Your best bet would be to find an organisation in India which sells such
tips.
