What Oracle based tools are you using? Do they have a web interface? If so, then standard browser commands will work. If not, you will need to explore the screen to determine whether Jaws can read the text and controls. You first explore with the jaws cursor. See if the text on the screen is read. If it is read, then try using the tab key to move around the controls. Use the read current line command (jaws key + up arrow) to determine whether you can read the text associated with a given control. We will need more specific information on what tools are being used and the kind of interface the tools use to give you better advice.
