hello i was using jaws 8 but i just upgraded to the latest version but i am faceing a lot of problems when i use the up and down errow in desktop it just says top of window bottme of windo but doesnt read the icons i went to video intersept manijer to see if the video intersept is installed or no but it is installed what to do now please help me urgently
