hello accessindia!
i am unable to use DVD-RW with the built-in utility of windows xp. but, i
can use it with other software's. also in send to sub menu, DVD-rw option
is disappeared. the copy-paste method also not working, so i can write my
files using "write these files" menu in windows explorer.
i am using genuine xp.
please come with solution. i have tried remedies, like installing and
uninstalling Nero 7.
