I know that there are voices for additional languages in IOS 4 and the new OS X 10.6.4 but I am not sure if Hindi is one of them.
I'll be getting a new iPhone 4 shortly. I can check and let you know. I could also update my Mac Book to 10.6.4 but I am holding off on doing that because a lot of VoiceOver users complained about having problems with Safari.
