Hi all,

>From last two days I am facing a strange problem with my Jaws 11 and 10.
Whenever I launch Jaws, it says, "Second line should be installed", "Custom
line should be in the theme". "please reinstall IME".
I've unstalled Jaws completely and reinstalled it but without success. I've
also restored my computer to an earlier time when it was working fine but
still of no help. Jaws 9 is working fine.

Any reason?
