Yes, Mahindra sir, I totally agree with you. In the beginning, ATMs had only one machine and the security guards were told not to allow a customer untill the customer operating the machine comes out. But the growing demand and usage of ATMs forced banks to have more than one machines in one room, dispensing with the privacy aspect, which, in turn, is leading to so many frauds in ATMs. And when asked, the banks say, " the customer should be cautious".
