If you are already using the latest drivers, try re-installing these drivers and restart the system. Once this is done, try downloading and installing the latest video intercept.

Note: The video intercept driver is valid for JAWS versions 9 through 11 and MAGic 11.

1.Select the appropriate video intercept link (32-bit or 64-bit) that appears at the end of this procedure. If your corporate firewall prevents you from downloading files using FTP (File Transfer Protocol), use the HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) links instead. 2.When the dialog box opens, choose Save and save the file to the root of your thumb drive. (If needed, this file will let you install the video intercept driver on any computer that does not already have it installed.)

JAWS/MAGic 32-bit Video Intercept (32.0 MB - FTP download)
ftp://ftp.freedomscientific.com/users/hj/private/WebFiles/Tools/FSVideoIntercept-32bit.exe

JAWS/MAGic 64-bit Video Intercept (33.9 MB - FTP download)
ftp://ftp.freedomscientific.com/users/hj/private/WebFiles/Tools/FSVideoIntercept-64bit.exe

if this not work, you should format and reinstall your system.
thanks.
