I heartily thank all the good samaritans who have responded to my query on
how to handle the security information dialogue box.
As i understand following are the possible solutions .
1.Change the settings in the internet options menu.
2.Change the setting in mail itself by making the basic html view as the
home
page.-
3.Upgrading the speed of the net.
4.By upgrading IE /jaws version.

The same problem Iwas facing few days earlier. When I pressed enter
key on yes button,it did not responds. But when a sighted person
clicks multiple times on the yes button, the page opens.

Jaws also mentions 3 tab positions namely yes no and more information.
Pressing the spacebar on the yes or even the no tab position does not
open the web page at all.Also pressing escape or alt plus f4 does not
close the
dialogue box.
Request some one to advise how to handle the aforesaid security
information dialogue box ?
