There are several ways, but no way to arrange in alphabetic order.
You can create folders and use Mail rules to sort mails based on subject /
sender / receiver etc.
Thanks

Subject: [AI] How to alphebetically arrange mails in MS Outlook

Folks:

I use WinXP with MS Outlook (2003) at work. One of the problems I face
-besides managing a large number of mails- is that I don't know how to
alphabetically arrange the mails. While Outlook automatically arranges the
mail, it suddenly becomes jumbled up and I have huge difficulties in getting
to the mail of my choice. How do we address this?
