Hello, You haven't mentioned whether you want to save the messages from your e-mail client or from your Online account. If you want to store the messages from your Outlook then open the mail and then go to the save option in file nenu and save the messages in the folder or the drives that you wish. For your Online account, you can mark the messages as ** and send them in specific folder. Hope it helps.
