Some antivirus program installed on your computer is stopping autorun to start. disconnect internet, disable antivirus for few minutes & again try. This will solve your problem for time being. what antivirus is install ? It has to configure so pen drive can autorun properly. Other option is to run directly nvda.exe from pen drive.
