Hi there, Anyone can please explain me, why, on my laptop it always shows the level of battery at 15% and when plugged inn same? Also when plugged inn, it says "15% remaining, plugged inn, not charging". Why is that and how can I fix it? Mention I am having a Dell with Vista on.
