yes he is right ignou provide the accessible study material. regarding scribe ignou provide the scribe permition before the exam aprox 10 days. you have to go the ignou RC or head office to take the permition and scribe regarding support depends on the exam centre cordinater. write me off list for more details . i am just finish my BCA from ignou.
