One of my friends is writing Bank of India exam on 31st October at Hyderabad. He needs a scribe to write the exam. The rules are as follows; 1. The scribe should not have completed graduation. 2. The scribe should have scored not more than 60% marks in HSC/12th class. Help would be highly appreciated.
