There are several issues which need to be resolved. Harish its about time you forwarded the information on the blog to the Committee -SudhaKaul and to the forum on the NALSAR website. The rest of us still have lots of time to suggest but must do so now. Its really for the first time that we are getting a chance to be part of law making. We have fought too hard for this right lets accept it as our duty to contriute. After this there will still be a chance to change the draft but it is better to do it at this stage. Looking forward to more contributions and less helplessness Kanchan Pamnani Advocate & Solicitor 9, Suleman Chambers, Battery Street, Colaba, Mumbai - 400 039.
