Hello Sharma G,
When I purchased my N 73 ,the memory card was formatted through phone
itself, probably your phones memory card is not compatible with other
sources or it cannot be formatted. Solution =Please try reading
instructions given with phone or show it to some local nokia dealer.

I have a pen drive which shows a same message 'disk is right protected'
whenever I want to open the pen drive then the message appeared 'format
the disk'. and when I try to format the drive then a message appeared
'disk is right protected '.
So please guide me how can I format the pen drive!
