I presume, it is not firefox problem.
after clicking personal banking, another page opens which you rightly
mentioned.
just search for the line click here to continue. you can search by writing
word cont after typing control+f (find command).
press enter there and then the page will open containing login user name and
password field.

i have one more doubt regarding online SBI website. till now i have
been accessing this site with internet explorer but now since i have
installed mazilla firefox i tried to access this site

through firefox and the home page of this site got opened fine. on
this page, i have clicked on the link personal banking to access the
acount. after opening this page, i could not get the fields like user
name and password.
actually, when i click on personal banking with internet explorer i
get the page on which there are links in graphics so i press g to go
to the link continue to log in and press enter. then i get the page to
type user name and password. but with firefox i neither get this
graphic link nor get the user name and password to type. rather on
this page, i get the following message:

In this regard, this is to kindly inform you that I am using net
banking facility of SBIon their site given aforesaid, and finding
difficulty in accessing the download account statement.
As per the option available to download the account statement, there
are three radio buttons, view, download in excel format and download
in pdf format. While choosing the option download in pdf format the
account statement appears on the screen and perfectly accessible to
read but when I try to explore the save option to save this in my
desired location, I am unable to get any menu where I can have the
option to save this statement.
While enquiring with sighted person, I have been told that there is
one link on this page which says "click here to save this file or to
choose desired location" but I am unable to go to this link with my
screen reader jaws.
So if anyone on the list using the net banking of SBI and know the
solution for my problem, please give your valuable suggestions.
