From some days, I am facing a problem in outlook express. Whenever I exit

OK Cancel which I don't want to do.
Because I heard from some one that some messages may get los in this
process. I deleted 5400 messages from deleted items folder but still the
problem is there. So I request all of you to please give me some
sollution for the same.
