Dear Sheetal, As you know government of india insisted an list of identified jobs for physically challenged persons, as per norms blind persons can be accommodated to various posts. Therefore please do find the list of identified jobs at ministry website itself : http://www.socialjustice.nic.in/policiesacts3.php#a6 then download the list pertaining to blind category and submitt that to your proposed recruiter i.e. employer. Otherwise institutions concerned held responsible for not giving opportunity to serve in.
