Dear Everybody We are happy to draw to your notice, the positive news that the CBSE BOARD has on request, taken the positive step of making science education at the higher secondary stage accessible to the visually challenged. This it has done through it’s circular which is being pasted below. When the XRCVC team met the Controller of Examination, CBSE Board, we were also assured that apart from the theory papers, they would set out rules for practical papers as well. We have shared with them our experience with the Maharashtra State board of Higher Secondary Education with regards theory and practical examinations as also how Mumbai University has adapted the practical exam in Psychology at the third year B.A level. We are happy in the thought that students like Karthik Sawhney and others will be able to pursue their dreams. Good luck to them.
