Hello, When this problem occurs, maximise the screen (Alt + space bar + X). Check if any Macro is assigned to the command. Sometime Word automatically creates some Macro on its own. If there is any then you have to delete it and had to restart the system to take the action into effect. If these two thing doesn't help you then you have to reinstall JAWS, or it can be virus problem.
