Much has been said about this subject, and much of it is that people don't really care about such miner mistakes. As far as I know, you are one of the few who seems to be objecting about this. I do not mind those miner mistakes: nor does it seem that most of the people hear actually do. As long as the intended message comes across to the other people-and most of the time I'd say it does-I really don't know what your objections are to be honest. Moreover, you can always seek clarification if you don't understand what's being said.
