Bijal, Windows 7 allows you to change the volume of different applications independently. The application file for jaws I suspect is jfw.exe. Do you have a separate entry for jaws for windows? If so, adjust the jaws volume from there. I suspect you are starting jaws after logging in as opposed to running it as a service?
