Hi, It looks like I too have tried to use Britanica encyclopedia and well it has not worked using jaws 10 on my windows XP machine. probably the main thing its missing is the accessibility. I too was trying to find the factor to make it work, but yet have not found a solution. I couldn't do anything, including the installation was tough, my brother did it for me. I dont think it would work, since its blank all around, not even a graphical button to play around with. regards Samuel Cell: 9480276661
