It doesn't support the Android platform. Infact, there is no commercial screen reader for Android yet but I understand Code Factory are working on a product. On the other hand, Android does include a basic screen reader called TalkBack but it is not comprehensive and doesn't work with touchscreens. So, you are limited to phones with a qwerty keyboard. There is also Spiel which is an opensource screen reader but is more or less similar to TalkBack. There are also a set of applications called Eyes-Free shell which make the touch screen a little accessible but I found them limited in functionality.
