Greetings! What could be a better gift for activists and thinking, sensitive
and politically aware minds on International Day of Persons with
Disabilities than a campaign for constitutional amendment to include the
rights of disabled in the Indian Constitution? With the encouraging support
of many luminaries of law and disability rights, Sambhavana Organization has
launched today an online signature campaign for constitutional amendment in
its annual conference held at Gandhi Peace Foundation, New Delhi. Please
