Hi there. There is flat review (insert+numpad7) apart from Object navigation in NVDA that is quite close to the JAWS cursor. Activating the flat review, you can use the numpad keys (7-9 for the previous, current and next line, 4-6 in the same order for words, and 1, 2 and 3 for characters.)
