I would suggest that either through EYEWAY website or by using drop box, link of the list of identified posts (2010) may be easily sent and it will be quite helpful. In fact, we should adopt it as a general practice on this list to make things streamlined. When you copy paste the contents from any official circular, other people can not use it as something authentic in their legal/administrative struggles.
