Hi, I suppose that you're using the gmail in basic html view. Go to gmail settings and search a list that contains 5 items. in this list search a link that says creat a lable or lable. click on this, and search the edit box which will ask you to edit the name of a lable. give the desired lable name and hit enter on creat a lable button. now go to your inbox and creat link list and press the letter from which the name of the lable starts that you've created. now if you want to send the particular mail into that lable, you've to creat a filter to create filter one has to make a link list and go to filter and fill the form fields
