hi all I use win7ultimate when i upgraded from jaws 11 to jaws 12 latest build jaws doesnt read anything on desktop it says no window is active it doesnt read start menu or any application menus i 1st cleanly uninstalled jaws 11 and all components and then used c cleaner to clean reg entries then installed jaws 12
