Would like to understand is there any concession in air travel ? If so how could I apply? I am asking for my sister who is traveling to Delhi from Chennai. Is there any application form to be submitted like we do in rail travel?, and more over she is a person with low vision. Kindly enlighten us please. Your help would be of great help to us.
