Surely you can convert it in Windows while using Adobe Reader. Go to the file menu in the Adobe Reader, and select the menu command "save as text" Note: Images in PDF format and some protected documents cannot be saved in text format. Is it possible to save the protected PDF documents as text file in Ubuntu?
