Hello, I don't think there is any specific google talk script is available for JAWS11 except that you mentioned. It is working with almost all the versions of the JAWS. You have to download the Zip file and extract all the files in that Zip archive to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\11.0\Settings\enu"
