I use two programs to help me, PDF to word and PDF to text. The latter is a
free program while the former is shareware.

When I open some PDF documents with Adobe Reader 9, the application is
hanging and I am getting the end program dialog box. This is
happening when the size of the file is big with more than 100 pages.
