Subject: Re: THE FRESH/REVISED DRAFT OF THE NEW LAW IS EXPECTED TO BE OUT ON
10TH FEBRUARY

Dear All,

Greetings!

We spoke to the disability commissioner's office. To our surprise we got to
know that the office of the State Commissioner for the disabled in Tamil
Nadu is completely unaware of the process. In fact the commissioner is
traveling to Delhi for attending the CCPD review meet and are back on the
10th itself.

We also spoke to SPASTN - SNAC Tamil Nadu. They also do not have an idea
about the consultation.

We will find out from the secretary department of disabilities, Government
of Tamil Nadu.

Thanks & Regards
Meenakshi.B
