Dear friends, Anybody knows about the latest position of PIL petition by National Federation of blind in the Supreme Court. I know that judgment of Delhi high court was interim stayed by Supreme Court in the month of November 2009, because of SLP filed by Union of India. At that time Supreme Court directed union of India to file the status report about the implementation of PWD Act 1995 particularly for the visually challenged persons.
