yes i am sure that it was installed in firefox. i am able to find in the
add-ons options list. i installed and uninstalled but it is of no use. i am
using firefox 3.613.

Hello. Are you sure that it is installed in firefox. to make sure go
to tools menu in firefox and go to add-ons options and check whether
the webvisum is installed or not. If installed, try uninstalling and
installing again.
Note: as per my knowledge, the current webvisum version does not work
with firefox version 4 beta.

Due to some problems i uninstalled firefox, and downloaded the same and
installed. After that i visited webvisum site and logged on to my
