hi all access indians.
here I am facing a problem in getting ATM in Punjab National Bank. As i
applied for ATM, They refused to permit me for this on the basis of my visual
impairment. I had no any circular in hand to argue with them. Can anybody help
me in this regard by sending me RBI circular in which we have a right to get
ATM and Cheque book etc.
please if u can help me. its my polite request.
