Dear Friend, I am also a totally blind person using cheque book facility of Bank of India. Please attach the RBI and IBA circulars with the application form and submit to the bank with the approval of the concerned branch manager. I assure you the cheque book will be definately issued by the bank with the reference of the said circular. Please call me if you need any assistance.
