Dear Sir, S. Gautam,
I respect your feeling considering the relationship of organisation
and its employees as a family. Who else can understand better than me
who just after joining in a P S U Bank, initially posted around 500
Kms. Far from home town, and, within the span of one month with the
efforts of bank’s people itself got transferred to the desired place.
And, moreover, assigned the responsibility of the GM and DGM
Secretariat despite of having joined in Clerical Grade and continue to
receive acknowledgement from colleagues and senior executives.
In banks also, we get special conveyance allowance and in officer
grade despite not having license on the name of VI employee, avail the
petrol allowance. However, the mail to which I had responded did not
explain about NTPC’s previous clauses and the backdrop of the current
one’s.
And as far as contribution of any central, State and PSU organisation
in providing jobs to VI people is concerned, I would only say that had
not been they compelled by the Constitutional provisions of providing
reservation to the Disabled Section, this would not have been ever
materialized. And, still wherever any possibility exists, they do not
hesitate to deprive VI or Disabled community from their due rights.

I don’t have any prejudice regarding any particular organisation,
person or the group, but if I am deprived of my legitimate right,
whether inside or outside of organisation, I would not let others
decide my fate rather struggle myself to attain what I deserve.

And sir, in spite of your words for not writing on this list in the
issue prevailing, I wrote because I am ready for any open discussion
without referring any particular organisation and standing on my
statement that still discrimination exists and can never be removed
unless we come stronger and stop other deciding our destiny.
