hello! no answer for the first question
to remove the installed antivirus, I already sent you a program, named
"uninstalled Tools" if you get it, install the software and click its icon
on desktop. now, use down arrow to find the desired program to be
uninstalled and hit ""enter" on it. follow the instructions comes on screen.
before removing the installed antivirus, at first, you have to disable this
antivirus either by using System Tray Icon or from its file menu otherwise
it will not be easy for you to remove it in its active position.
