Dear Friends, Wish to spread this good news. B E S T, our Mumbai local bus transport system has started issuing monthly and quarterly passes to blind commuters. Monthly pass charge is Rs. 75 and for Quarterly it’s Rs. 175. You need to go to B E S T depot (or pass issuing counter) with your old B E S T pass issued by NAB India or with new concession certificate from NAB India. Also carry relevant documents like blindness certificate, photo, etc. Also it’s better that first time you go personally.
