hi folks,
I’m using creative sound blaster 5.1 vx as a secondary sound card for
this computer, and unfortunately, it has refused to work since I did a
clean reinstall of operating system.
The drivers for the same are not getting installed, and I get a
strange error of some “dll crash”.
There’s no further error about file, place or function where dll is
crashed, hence I am just unable to find the way out.
I’ve written to creative support for this, but there’s no satisfactory
answer.
I’m suspecting that there’s some problem in the CD, as it may has got
corrupted.
The creative official website does not have drivers for windows xp for
this device, and my schedule is not allowing me to do an extensive
search online to locate the drivers.
i’m in search for the drivers for this device.
Those who are using creative sound blaster 5.1 vx are requested to
please write me off the list, it’ll be of great help to me.
