Regarding the subject I have a very good experience, on 3rd December
2009 on behalf of NFB Delhi some of my friends working as
stenographers in Central Government Ofices in Delhi and my self had
done demonstration of Visually Impaired persons can easily operate
computer in fron of Secretary, Ministry of Social Justice &
Empowerment, Secretary Ministry of Railways, Secretary Ministry of
Home Affairs and Secretary Ministry of Finance on onnasion of Disabled
Day, but till today very few VH employees working in Government of
India Offices and Delhi Government Offices are working on Computers
and among those one or two are working on original Screen reading
software many of them are using crack version. This thing I am
writing to Access India very sadly I request the Modarator not to be
angry that I used word CRACK in my mail, this is the true fact. Many
of my VH friends working in Ministry of Home and Ministry of Finance
have not been issued computers this is a very bad thing so we all
should take some necessary action in this regard. By Vivekananda, New
