I would like to have more information on this rape case of children with mental disabilities for my inputs on The Protection of Children on Sexual Offences Bill 2011, which has specific provisions on children with disabilities . Police said they took Ramchandra Karanjule, who had founded the home, his wife Surekha, daughter Kalyani and the caretaker of the orphanage into custody last night.
